Tia Nails - Nail Salon Evanston

I came in with long nails and she filed them so much that they are short. Inconsistent work. I won’t be coming back. (The owner says that I asked for them to be cut short and filed down, but I never said such a thing and wouldn't have because I was getting my nails done for a wedding and wanted them long. I did tell him that I wasn't happy and he asked how he could make me happy but I'd been there a number of times and each time there was something that was a problem. 10% off of future work won't cut it.

absolutely love coming here, everyone is so friendly. Kim does my nails & she knows exactly what she’s doing. I always come to her with a new design and it always looks exactly the same as the inspo pic or better! I can always count on this place to make sure I’m taken care of

This place has been bought three times in the last 15 yrs since I’ve been in Evanston I’ve seen the owners come and go ! I use to be a nail model for this nail shop . The service is somewhat the same it gets hard because you get to know the staff and when you come back it’s someone new ! There all beautiful people though! So come and get a Tia nails experience! I brought my sons with me to get them a pedicure and a manicure so that they can see that maintenance is a part of wellness! So yeah come out to Tia’s nails and get some spa and wellness time ! Clock that T with it!!!

Every time I go there, they take care of me and make sure my nails are done proper. They’re the best.
