Giving my experience 3 stars: 1. The owner accommodated me 25 mins late from my appointment time. thanks to her. 2. The outcome was very good(hair cut, wax, hair style) Not giving 5 stars: 1. Expensive 2. After wax lotion wasn't applied generously although I paid $50 for hand wax. 3. I fell short by $20, and I told her twice I'd be paying by card after going home and she also knew my husband is a regular customer there and would come tomorrow for a hair cut. Despite that and knowing my name she's like "Hello ?? Is your husband coming here and paying ??". I have a name, and she didn't address me by my name. Calling somebody as "hello!" Is rude. My husband paid by card minutes after that and I had to run to take my cab. Maybe she thought I'd run away with her $20 from the country!

Had really nice hair cut from Ravi, she is very professional.

I booked an appointment online for less than 24 hours notice. Ravvi was amazing, my grays are blended and the cut feels amazing. I will definitely be returningwhen needed. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing and the work spaces were clean and roomy.

The owner of Thunder Hair Salon absolutely saved my hair! I previously got a hair cut elsewhere and the stylist managed to absolutely ruin my hair (it was lopsided) and in a desparate attempt to find someone who was open on Easter Sunday, I was able to get in touch with the owner here. She was able to fix my hair and make me love it again! <3 Thank you so much and I will definitely be coming back here again!

My hair turned out okay, but one thing that I was really left upset about is that I was asked if I wanted my hair thinned out and I didn't know what that meant I just told My stylist that if she thinks that would look good then I'll trust her. That led her to assume she didn't need to explain to me what thinning meant. Next thing I know she's chopping hair off right next to my scalp. I feel like this procedure should have been explained to me beforehand so for that reason I give two stars.
