I had purchased some massages for my wife from this location after she found it to be her favorite spot in the Pines area. In return, she got me a 90 min massage for my birthday and let me tell you, it. Was. GREAT. Beth was very attentive and was able to read exactly how much to converse and when to let us both focus on the relaxation in silence. I had a lot of fatigue and her sports massage has me feeling ready to get back at it this week. We will absolutely be returning to check out some of their other offerings like the isolation float and cryotherapy.

The atmosphere is always peaceful. I've experienced Thryve several occasions and they never disappoint. A Compression Squeeze & Sauna was just what I needed to finish my birthday weekend. Their Wellness Associate was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Loved the reads available in the sauna too

Listed as a massage therapist, but oh so much more! The float tank is a super-saline pool in a room that provides a nice relaxing environment, and a real sensory deprivation experience if you turn off the music and lights - it’s as pitch black as the darkest cave. Full spectrum IR sauna is also very nice, and private, and they have a shower you can go back and forth between (I enjoyed alternating between hot sauna and cold shower). They provide robes and towels. Massage was also great.

Came here for a date night with my wife and the experience was great. The staff was very welcoming, explaining the float experience. The tub itself was large, clean, and exactly as described. We left almost sore from how well rested and relaxed we were. More importantly, my wife loved it, so 5/5!

Ramsey set the tone for my visit. Her welcoming personality made me feel instantly at home. The services I received were all professionally delivered and very well done. The team moved me between sessions efficiently and each one was expertly executed. I have already recommend you to my friends and I will definitely be back. Thank you so much.
