Very disappointed, my coworkers and i work down the street and were looking to buy a few things but as soon as we walked in we were greeted from a back room saying “i hope they are not here to steal” the audacity to make such comments was disrespectful and unprofessional we were extremely offended i walked back there to show my face and the energy quickly shifted. We left right after, yall need to work on your customer service skills and if you are going to talk about customers at least do it discreetly.

I’ve watched this store grow from opening til now. It’s come a long way with way more inventory to choose from that other stores in the area don’t sell. They are a little higher but I just look at it as a convenience charge for the area. Maybe when traffic picks up at the store the prices will decrease a little. I also wanted to share my recent experience with the owner whom saved the day for me. I had a last minute emergency and couldn’t locate a certain type of human hair and she only had one pack in the store. She offered to not only go get another pack of hair away from her store but to deliver it to my daughter at no additional cost. She didn’t have to do that and I don’t know of any other store owner that would. It was greatly appreciated. I will continue to support and wishes a co

It’s 2:34 pm. According to google they are open. Arrived to find the open sign on but a sign that says returning at 6 pm. Disappointed. Unprofessional to say the least, especially with this ramen on the floor.

I must say that I walked in a hour before closing to grab a relaxer and a drawstring ponytail and the young lady working in the beauty supply store braided my hair right there when I left there I was brand new ☺️

I was going to come spend my hard earned money in here today but never mind. I called to see if they had an item in stock and whoever answered the phone has zero professional phone etiquette. Based on these reviews, I’m sure it was the owner. wow, very rude. I guess that’s what I get for trying to keep money in the community. No thank you. I’ll go elsewhere. Update changing my two star review into a 1 star. After leaving this review the shop owner called me multiple times from the store phone I had to block the number. Why are you blowing up my phone because of a review when your customer service was PISS POOR. Do better
