Wife had an appt at 10 am. She showed up there and waited 15 min. No response and doors were locked Edited: We later learned the issue was due to a last-minute employee call-out. My wife was able to go in for her IV drip, everything went smoothly, and she was finished in a timely manner. They handled it well and definitely regained our confidence in their service. We will consider a monthly membership moving forward.
