Myself visited Thrive for the first time last year, I very impressed. First impressions as I entered was very impressive and very warm decor I already felt very relaxed. Very clean and well presented. Owner was very friendly and organized. The mood lighting was great and music very calming Saunas are great for helping you to quit smoking. I was a 20 year smoker and finally successfully quit as of this year with the help of the sauna. The relaxing feeling after you get out is what started to take away the cravings and also, it helps with detoxification with all of the unwanted toxins that you have in your body. So if you want to quit smoking, a sauna is a great place to start!
