I have rented space at 3580 IQL for the last 5 years and it has been a great place to work. The beautiful historic building and thoughtful redesign make it a wonderful place to meet clients and hold workshops. The other tenants are friendly and respectful. The neighborhood is safe and walkable, and easily accessible to Center City, Germantown, and the Mainline. Most importantly, the owners are like family and always very attentive to any maintenance issue that may arise. If you are looking for a new space to work, I highly recommend this community!

Studio IQL is like a second home for me. I co-host the Monday night sketch club here and we all love the warm and calm feeling inside this artfully converted church. It has a soothing vibe, not surprising since it used to be a place of worship. The tenants are all kind and quiet, going about their daily tasks and sometimes stopping for a quick chat at the coffee machine or on the way to the bathroom. I highly recommend this sweet little getaway of a workplace nestled in a residential block of the beautiful East Falls community. Easily accessible by bus or train, or Indego bike!

Val, the owner of 3580 IQL, keeps the property very well maintained, and as the principal designer of Studio IQL (whose office is also located in the building), she thoughtfully pours her love for interior design into every space, curating with intention and charm. The small businesses that have offices here are all very friendly and respectful. 3580 IQL is my current office space - and we love it. The design is impeccable; I love walking in each morning to a calming and beautiful space. And I live in the Center City area but commute each day. Getting to East Falls + 3580 IQL could not be easier. The train and bus lines are just a hop, skip and a jump from the office. We've also worked with the great management team on space and pricing that works for our budget. We appreciate the flexibility that fits our needs.

I have rented the commercial kitchen space at 3580IQL for the past 7 years and it has been a great place to grow my business. The beautifully redesigned church has 24-hour access, plenty of street parking and private conference areas. The building is well maintained and clean, I would highly recommend the space if you are looking for a new place to work.
