My very first experience here was amazing! I loved my hair every time Kate was done with it. After she moved I tried to follow her but due to my frequent travel, just couldn't get an appointment with her. So I went back here in hopes of finding someone as great as Kate within the same price range. When my full highlight was finished, I didn't love it but it honestly didn't look too bad either, so I paid and left. The first clue should have been "if you don't like the color, come back and I'll fix it". It wasn't until my trip 3 days later where I started noticing just how awful it was. I was so grateful to go to a facial where my service provider understood my Pcos and the nuances that comes with it! I got a chin and lip wax with my facial and it was so quick and easy and no pain! I loved that she talked to me about the science and some supplements I could take! We also created an in depth plan for my skin! So excited to start w skin journey with her!
