first off, customer service has been great both times I’ve been here, and I always feel comfortable in the salon. however I know a lot of hairdressers, so I honestly think it’s crazy to walk out of a salon with wet hair—especially after a color service. Everyone knows you can’t see true results when hair is wet. I was already sitting in the chair with my hair up when I showed my inspo pics and explained what I wanted for my blowout. Considering there were MANY employees working there, I assumed either my stylist could dry my hair or someone else could. I was told he wasn’t sure if anyone was available but that he’d check. After asking twice and still no one, I was put under the drying chair for 40 minutes. After that, Max walked me to the register to pay and apologized that no one could dr

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND BEAUTIFUL WORK. I have been back several times since November when they worked me in at the last minute the day before Thanksgiving. Shelby and Chloe have been amazing... as well as the makeup stylist. You made me feel so beautiful for my special occassion and even more each time I come back. You have a beautiful Heart, just like the Angels of Life charity!

I walked into the salon today hoping for a fresh cut… and left feeling seen, cared for, and confident. My consultation with CaDaro was thorough, the cut was expertly done, and it complements my features so well. His professionalism, warmth, infectious smile and joyful conversation made the experience even better. As a Black Caribbean woman with 4C hair, it hasn’t always been easy finding the right hands—so I’m truly grateful to have finally found my hair care home.

Max does a work of ART! I’ve never had a perm like this one! He paid attention to detail. ♥️♥️ His assistant was so sweet, unfortunately I forgot her name. Kiki had my same enthusiasm and Max put us together. I so blessed to say that I now have a one stop shop to cover me from head to toe. I stand by the fact, that you get what you pay for. Three 13 salon is the best I have ever been to! Prices are reasonable but you also get $25 off for your first few visits! Ann did my hair color and she is amazing! Color was literally perfect, she is so fun to talk to and down to earth, definitely planning on getting a perm from her as well in the future 🥰
