Karnika is the absolute besttttttt my eyebrows are epic I loveeeeeee them. They were so bushy and the are clean and perfect I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend coming here ask for Karnika.

Extremely disappointed. Just left this place in TEARS bc I walked in with my eyebrows WAY thicker than these photos and then she took off my whole right eyebrow and gaslight me into them being the same. I walked in asking for a CLEANUP and now the end of my right eyebrow is gone and thinner the left. I took that photo in the store immediately after and my face shows my reaction. Every time I look in the mirror I keep crying bc I have to deal with this for Christmas and New Years next week. She proceeded to make me pay the full amount of $18. NEVER COMING BACK. 0 STARS. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Karnika was amazing !!! So sweet. Took her time and asked me if I liked what she was doing as she was doing my brows. I will always come back for this service. Best customer service

I did not have a good experience here. The Employee Completely disregarded what I had to say. First, she made my eyebrows with no shape and was trying to convince me they were good. When I told her that I wanted an arch She told me it could not be done because of my eyebrow type….I showed her a picture of the last time i was here and that’s when she agreed to retry. I let another customer go Before I sat in the chair again. We agreed to take off One row of hair and she proceeded to do more. I told her to stop that this was fine, I had to get up out of the chair in order for her to stop… which isn’t right at all.

Didn’t like the way Karnika did my brows. I tried to force a consultation saying I wanted to keep both brows thick and try to make them more symmetrical, but I think she disregarded what I said. I have uneven eyes and the first thing she said when I laid back was “do you have an eye problem?” Very off-putting and rude. I noticed she took about 10 minutes on the brows of the person before me, but I was in the chair for maybe 5 minutes total. After 4 days, my brow hairs are already growing back in, making my brows look sloppy. For $20+ I expect threading and/or a tweeze and aloe massage after.
