A Hidden Gem for Perfect Brows! I recently visited this place and I can confidently say it's one of the best eyebrow threading salons in town. Each of the ladies — Ruby, Jas, and Vini — brings her own flair and expertise. They really take the time to understand your preferences and face shape before working their magic. My brows have honestly never looked better — clean, precise, and perfectly shaped without being overdone. What sets this place apart is the attention to detail and how comfortable they make you feel. It’s quick, nearly painless, and they always check in to make sure you’re happy with the results. Took my family here today to try something different. We are from Chico and don't have a treading place. Prices were reasonable at $10 for brows. They were fast and professional. My girls really loved the experience and the end result. Highly recommend.

Went to get my eyebrows done at this location today had the worst experience ever. Didn’t even feel like giving 1 star . Gave the lady specific instructions about how I wanted my eyebrows done still she messed up my eyebrows. Asked another lady who was working there that if she see what she had done but they didn’t listen to me and said that it’s looking good. They need better staff with more experience. Ruined my whole eyebrows. Had to go to different place to fix them. Not recommend. Will never go Bach again.

Mina was her name!!! I love how she did my eyebrows the last time I went was my first time ever. From there on out this will be my go to place!! Highly recommend 10/10 I didn’t get the lady’s name who did my eyebrows but wow she amazed me I was growing out my eyebrows for a few weeks because I went to another place that slightly messed them up but coming here was the best decision I made. As soon as I walked in I was instantly greeted and seated within 8 mins done! Fast service amazing work will definitely be my go to!!

They don’t even deserve one star. Horrible attitude by all three ladies there. They finish the job in less than 3-5 minutes. Very poor eyebrow cleaning, my dog could thread better than them. I recommend no one to ever go here and not get disappointed with a half ass job. The ladies there act entitled and rude with a snarky attitude and no care for your opinion or needs. They should be fired. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
