Threading Eyebrow( Niya)

Lately every single time i go there and ask them not to thread my eyebrows too thin or change its shape they just do! I don’t know what’s so hard about understanding not to ruin my eyebrows and only clean it!!! I went there a couple times to give them another chance because in the past they used to do it good but definitely not going back! They don’t listen and they just do whatever they want and they don’t give the proper service to each different customer!

I received the best service! The place was crowded but the ladies worked hard and fast. They were also very friendly. I will absolutely be back!

I would not in good faith recommend this business based on my experience. I went in for an eyebrow tint and ended up spending over 2.5 hours due to poor technique and lack of professionalism. The technician overextended my eyebrow shape, saying the tint had to stay longer because my skin was “too shiny,” not oily (which made no sense). When it came time to fix it, she didn’t know how, and I ended up having to remove the tint from my own skin right there in the shop. There also seems to be a significant language barrier with most of the staff, which leads to consultations that are incomplete or confusing. When I asked for a manager, there was none available, and despite all the issues (and me essentially fixing the mistake myself), I was still charged full price. Cleanliness is another ma
