Do not let anyone but CHARMI touch your eyebrows. This lady is the real deal, she has done a great job fixing what others have messed up. She's a great listener and also has perfected her skills. My worst mistake was going to anyone but her. Thank you CHARMI again and again! Xo

I used to get my eyebrows waxed and it was always wonky. I get my haircut at the barbershop 2 doors down and I decided to try threading out here. My eyebrows are PERFECT every single time. Threading might hurt but the expertise here is so worth it!!

Terrible experience getting my eyebrows threaded here. Prior to the service I was very clear with how I wanted my eyebrows done and explained I only wanted them cleaned up. The gal threaded way too much and I left with extremely thin eyebrows and absolutely no shape. When I explained how they were very thin and I wasn’t too happy with the end result, she started arguing with me and raising her voice. Very disappointed in the entire situation and sadly, after going to this place for a year, I will not be returning.
