I have been threading my eyebrows for over 32 years, and the woman who did them today was not only barbaric but also insulting. She ruined the shape of my eyebrow and chopped it up. When I told her she did not do it correctly, she started talking in her native tongue on the phone via airbud with someone. I assured her that I didn’t mind paying for services rendered. I wanted it to be fixed properly and she just kept talking at me instead of listening to me. After no communication to fix the situation, I left her the money I walked out. I suggest anybody who wants a A service worth paying for that they don’t go there

If I could rate this place zero I would but it’s not an option. The woman at the front desk was nice, but when she sent me to the chair to get my eyebrows done, the lady was disgustingly rude. She looks me up and down and says “just so you know your eyebrows are too dark to do anything” and I informed her I’ve been getting them tinted for years and she goes “well what color because its not gonna show”. She must be jealous and miserable who knows but don’t come here and save your money for a place that cares.

This is a great place for a quick and professional eyebrow cleanup. The staff is skilled and attentive, and the team is friendly and welcoming, making every visit pleasant and efficient.

I had an appointment at 12:00, yet when I arrived, the front desk lady refused to let me go in for my eyebrow threading. Instead, she told me I had to wait 30–40 minutes in line, even though I had a scheduled appointment. That completely defeats the purpose of making an appointment in the first place. On top of that, she was very rude and gave me a lot of attitude when I tried to explain the situation. This experience felt unfair and highly unprofessional. I was very disappointed with how this was handled and had to wait 40 minutes.

I have been coming here sporadically the last few years. I went yesterday and they left my eyebrows extremely thin and uneven. The eyebrow threader was talking loudly to her coworker the whole time to the point where I couldn’t communicate to her that I wanted her to leave them as thick as possible. She was also very aggressively swiping the threaded hair off my face. It felt like I was getting slapped the whole time. I also have a lot of acne built up around my eyebrows so their hygiene practices are highly questionable. I will not be going back.
