i had an appointment for the 26th for me my mom and my sister and i asked if they were able to add on a service for my sister. she said that she didn’t have an availability until September but one of the other girls were available between the 21st through the first and that if i was interested she could schedule with one of them. i said i was interested and asked when they had availability. after that question i was told that i was unwilling to respect the appointment times and am not respecting their answers about my appointment and that she will be cancelling my appointment as well as my sister, mom, and my family and that they will no longer accept us as clients. this response was out of no where, unexpected, and disrespectful given the fact that these appointments were made for my upco

Honestly, I really don’t have anything bad to say about them as they have been very nice to us for years they have always satisfied our services and we have never had a bad experience that is why I am honestly so shocked by their response to this…. My sister, my mom and I all three had appointments for the 26 of July The services included three eyebrow wax services, a full color service, One haircut service, and my sister also just needed her two front strands of hair (her money pieces) retouched to her natural hair color as the bleach was coming back through a bit from a previous service which they had stated that that would literally take them five minutes to do we needed these services done before my sister‘s wedding on the 3rd of August.
