Cedrick is a master at Thai massage. He understands the anatomy of the body and fascial lines very well. There’s no wasted movement or positions he will have you in. I had extremely tight hips and calves and in a couple sessions, my tightness has decreased significantly. Cedrick is very thorough in his approach and has keen attention to how my body was responding to the massage and stretches. I’ve been able to improve my performance in the gym after our sessions and my sleep has improved. Not only does he give great service during our sessions, but he also gives good education for what I can do at home to maintain my mobility. Great job Cedrick! Working 12-hour shifts on my feet daily takes a toll on my body, but after the massage and stretching, I felt completely refreshed and renewed.
