Nicci has styled my hair for a while off and on. She is perpetually late, working on someone else 20 - 40 minutes into my appointment time and NEVER with an apology or reason or my favorite going up on her prices but the quality of her work is more and more questionable. Silk press lasts less than a week, if that, For these reasons and others, I stopped going for quite some time. People’s time should be respected. Yesterday, I went to her for a silk press and a trim. My hair is natural and about middle of my back. After the trim, I asked for a mirror. She replied that she didn’t have one. A stylist who has been in business more than 2 seconds and no mirror. She finally took a photo with her phone. It was some thinking on a small section at the end so I asked what would 2 inches

This is the second time Nicci has done my hair and both times I have loved my results!! I get the deluxe wash, conditioner and hair cut. For the quality of service, the price is great!
