Honestly they may be a great service when you go in, but their online hours don't match their actual service hours, and even calling to check doesn't guarantee they'll be available. I normally wouldn't review based off of no experience but this happening for the 3rd time I feel people should know they're unreliable.

My husband and I have been bringing my kids here since they were babies! Time flies! You definitely need to make an appt. Does accept walk-ins but you might have to wait.

Theresa was so great! Took the time to make sure my hair came out exactly how I wanted it and made sure I left her salon happy. Excellent customer service and such a kind lady. Definitely felt welcome from the moment I walked in. I will be returning for sure!
