I came to Lex at Therapy in Motion on the recommendation of another helping professional and had a great first session. They were warm, welcoming and clear about what they were noticing as they worked, which helped me feel informed the whole way through. Lex checked in often, listened to my feedback and adjusted as we went so the session always felt collaborative instead of one-size-fits-all. It was a genuinely positive experience and I’ll be returning as I continue on my journey of prioritizing my own self care.

From start to finish, this was an exceptional experience. Lex took the time to understand my needs and focused on areas of tension with the perfect pressure. The environment was calm and welcoming, and I felt completely relaxed the entire time. I noticed a huge improvement right after my session. I’ve known Alex for over thirty-two years, and… Oh I should mention that I’m his dad…. Lex is a highly talented personal trainer and massage therapist. Skilled hands, knowledgeable, excellent training, and continues to expand expertise for muscle toning, building, and post workout relaxation. What a concept, first he puts you through a grueling and productive workout, then he can turn your body into relaxed mush…. Anyway, you’ll get a terrific workout or a fantastic massage. If you’re not 100 percent satisfied, let me know and I’ll put him in a timeout, or ground him, or…. I’ll think of something.

Lex is amazing! I've been seeing him for a long time now for personal training and massage, and the combo is so great. He really knows what he's doing. He's helped me post-op return back to my baseline fitness, and helped with a number of things happening in my body during massages. He's intuitive, deep tissue, gentle, warm, and welcoming ♥️
