I love Kim's massage! She is wonderful to talk to, and an extremely skilled massage therapist. I recommend her to everyone I know!

Very poor communication skills and rude responses. I’ve gone to massage therapists for 30 years and have always had great friendships with them. Recently retired and moved to Birchwood and was delighted to see there was a therapist here in town. Gave her a second chance after she was rude the 1st time, to a request for a different technique. Then she blew up at me for requesting to re schedule, (a day in advance) after testing positive for influenza. I even gave her the option of masks, if she didn’t want to re schedule. I thought she’d be grateful that I said something, to protect her health, but instead she attacked me for not telling her sooner. She was told as soon as I knew. Sadly, not a good experience!

This is the Owner of Therapeutic Rescue Massage LLC! The issue with some people is that no matter how much attention is given to them it's never enough, they crave more. They demand to be treated soo much better , above and beyond that of any other client. Which isn't fair to other clients. Another issue is that people are constantly trying to manipulate Nice people like me . When they don't take "NO" for an answer then I have to become a strict Business Owner and tell them to go to another Massage Therapist. This makes them very mad. They then directly send me hate filled messages for days but they won't tell you that. They will never admit to their own bad behavior.When I ignore their extremely harassing messages as to not engage in a war of words. They then post bad ( negative) reviews

Kim provides a great massage. She adjusts the pressure based on your response, or request. She listens to what you want. She's soft spoken and is quiet unless you start the conversation. The Hot Stone Massage is absolutely wonderful. My grandsons really love her massage. She's a great asset to Birchwood!

Bad interpersonal skills. Not understanding with life situations that arise. I asked to reschedule 72 hrs in advance and the response was rude and uncalled for even after being a client for 3 years. She is a good massage therapist but not good customer service skills. Hope she can work on that because she has talent.
