I recently had a 90 minute deep tissue massage for a sore shoulder and knotted Achilles tendon and, WOW, Renee was a godsend to me. I felt immediate and lasting relief. I highly recommend!
My massage with Renee was fantastic! She combined massage techniques with medical knowledge to stretch and loosen my neck and hamstrings in ways that provided immediate relief. Super professional and I highly recommend her!
Renee was awesome, I asked for deep tissue and got it! She asked questions about how i wss feeling and asked what I wanted her to do. She also helped me with my acute achilles tendinitis, along with stretches and massages that can be don to help break it down and heal. Very friendly, great massage! Recommend to all and definitely will return. Thanks Renee.
