Therapeutic Massage by Tegan

At 64 this was my first massage. Tegan was great at explaining that I was in charge. After relaxing and not tensing up. My back,neck and arms felt amazing. She gave me some exercises for neck and shoulder pain to try as well. Thank you and I will definitely be booking another in a few months. 💙🌸💙 Her prices are very reasonable for an hour.

My neck was sore after a bad night of sleep in less than ideal condition. I got a 30-mimute massage by Tegan at Palmer Motorsports Track during a motorcycle track day and it was fantastic. My next session I was so much more comfortable and relaxed on the bike that I actually dropped 5 seconds off my best lap time (2:08 to 2:03). I definitely will be signing up for more massages by Tegan in the future!

I have had many massages in my long life and I can say definitively that Tegan is the best massage therapist I have ever experienced!
