Lily has been a wonderful healer for the past year since my partner and I have been coming to her for massages. She takes special time to understand our needs and also provide additional support after each session to offer recommendations for healthy solutions in between our sessions. Lily's skill in medical/therapeutic massage and CranioSacral Therapy is outstanding. Her massage and CranioSacral Therapy have been extremely effective in managing my muscle tightness and pain in my lower back which is due to pretty severe scoliosis and arthritis. I am very much physically active, including weight training in the gym 4 days a week, which I could not benefit from without Lily's expert services.

The Thai massage Lily provided was the best massage I have ever had. She identified the specific areas that needed to be addressed and even found the root cause to release tightness I hadn’t realized I had.
