Michelle with Therapeutic Birth came highly recommended to me by a friend who had worked with her as both a doula and a Spinning Babies instructor. After receiving a massage from her and talking through all things pregnancy and birth, I immediately knew she was the right fit. As a doula, Michelle takes the time to truly understand your birth plan, your priorities, and the experience you hope to create. She goes above and beyond to get to know you and your partner on a meaningful level. Her visits, right in the comfort of your home, are full of valuable information about pregnancy, birth, and preparation. She has a way of helping you feel grounded, informed, and ready for whatever your journey may bring. Her Spinning Babies class is an incredible resource for preparing both body and mind,

I am so happy to have found Michelle for my first pregnancy + birth. She is a wealth of knowledge and helped me feel confident and prepared for all stages of my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I couldn't imagine a better experience and highly recommend her for any doula or massage services!

I am very selective about who I trust with such intimate milestones, and from the moment I met Michelle, I knew she was the perfect fit for my pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum journey. Her wealth of skills, experience, and genuine care immediately put me at ease. Michelle’s expertly mastered massages provided much-needed relief during pregnancy, and her unwavering support and advocacy during labor gave me confidence and peace of mind. Beyond her professional expertise, she was the incredible friend I needed most during this sensitive and transformative time. I am so grateful for Michelle—and her delicious postpartum cookies were the perfect touch!

If I'm having a baby, it will not be without Michelle as my doula! Her knowledge of the body, as a LMT, paired with being a certified spinning babies instructor makes her a powerhouse of knowledge for how to prepare the body for birth. She was able to recommend excersizes to help with my hip mobility and to help prepare my body for birth. Not only that, but she was able to help me find excersizes to help ease some of the discomforts of pregnancy. Michelle was so supportive through my whole pregnancy and made me feel seen. She was also available postpartum for any questions. At the hospital, she was the best support! She helped with figuring out labor positions to get the most out of laboring, she helped keep the space calm even in moments of chaos, and she helped me stay in line with my pr

I've seen Michelle for a couple of prenatal massages now at the recommendation of both my doula and CNM. She's the only person I want to go to for them now. She's great listening and determining how she can best help. She teaches you what to continue working on at home and how to do so effectively, which will help those benefits last longer! She's so knowledgeable about everything pregnancy, birth, and postpartum and definitely goes above and beyond to help her clients have the best experiences possible, no matter what reason they're seeing her (doula, class, massage, etc.)
