Best ever! Tracy has styled my hair and color for over 23 years! She is great fun too!

I went to the salon to get a shampoo and will never be coming back. My head was scrubbed so hard it hurt and when they were brushing my hair my neck kept snapping back from the force. I’m not sure who taught my stylist to scrub the hair itself to wash it but it is damaging. All one needs to do is get to the scalp and message gently. However, she didn’t seem to notice or perhaps care. All of the progress I made growing my little broken off hairs at my hairline was ruined by the excessive brushing and blow drying. She charged me 17 dollars for the wash and dry, not telling me what products she was putting in my hair before she used them. I would have been fine paying the extra for clarifying or anti dandruff but I didn’t know that’s what she used until everything was finished. Furthermore, I
