I came into the face shop on January 12 2026, the environment was clean and organized. The saleswoman was extremely helpful. As a man who doesn’t know anything about skincare, the saleswoman was able to throughly help me understand each product and their use. They are extremely friendly and I would come here again!!

Clean and well organized shop, with all the essential Korean skin care brands. Friendly service, convenient parking. They always have sale on things, so definitely check them out and don’t out on good deals.

Very organized store. Has a wide range of products and staff are so sweet! They give you free samples based on your skin type with your purchase. Only thing I would say is prices are inflated for some products :/

The employee working at 3 pm on Jan 12th, 2026, was rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to give me proper information on a product and lied to me about what a product was. I even said thank you before I left without purchasing anything and she js stared at me leave. I usually come here to get products but I won’t be showing up again.

The price in the store was marked as $12, but I was charged $14 on my receipt. Very disappointing. Definitely check your receipt.
