I'm so surprised that The Zooo Hair and Nail Design Inc. has a 5 star review. That was not my experience. Owner (Danny) talks and does not take the time to listen. He is usually talking about his phenomenal skills as a hairdresser as he gives me a too short haircut (took 8 weeks to grow out). Did not hear me say not too short, too busy being a creative force. He defended the bad haircut, that was the reson I will not return. The customer is always right if you like keeping your customers. And also please listen to how much tip to add to the card. You over tipped yourself twice. I am polite and did not want to appear petty so I let it go.

Great little salon with all the bells and whistles and stylists! Such good vibes and positive energy this place radiates. From the moment you walk in until you sashay out; it is the ultimate experience.

i have never had my hair cut so well I love this place so so much. I have never felt so pretty in my life and my hair has never looked so good🥹. everyone there was so sweet/talkitive, definitely excited to come back for my graduation hair!🤭
