Top notch services and instructors! Their redlight machine is the real deal & love adding the salt therapy to it when I need an extra boost. They are always adding new classes and the studio is beautiful!
The yoga classes here have been great for me. It’s helped me a lot with balance, mobility and less pain. All the instructors are so helpful. I also love the red light therapy.
