I usually see Savannah for brow threading and lamination. She absolutely nails it every time! She’s professional while still making you feel completely at ease. I’m so glad I found someone I can truly trust with my brows!

Kayla at the wink lab is AMAZING. Not only did my lashes turn out gorgeous but I feel like she really listened to the style I wanted and took her time with me. I’ve gotten so many compliments. 10/10 would Recommend!

Went to the wink lab in phoenixville and got the deluxe package which includes eyebrow threading, tint, and lamination. $185, and then last minute they sprung on me that I had to get the $15 eyebrow oil, (wasn't given an option). Savannah did my eyebrows and it felt really rushed. While they look okay, they aren't what I asked for and definitely are not worth $200. I left with hairs from the threading and lines from the mapping still on my face. The aftercare information was not sent to my phone until the next day. Will not be returning. The chair wasn't even wiped down in between clients.

Kayla is great, she has been doing my lashes for years now and is super attentive and gives me the best lashes along with the best lash experience! This studio is very clean and has the best vibe, and all the girls are great, I highly recommend!

Alejandra is an amazing teacher! Her lash courses are 3 sessions so you have time to practice and master the skill of lashing. The lash studio is so welcoming and beautifully decorated. If you are looking for a lash training in West Chester, I definitely recommend The Wink Lab!!
