The Windsor Court Spa

Quite literally one of the nicest and friendliest hotels I’ve ever stayed. Hospitality is not a word for this hotel…it’s in their DNA. From lovely Helen in the breakfast restaurant, to the front desk staff, to the wonderful service at the Polo club, everything was meant to make you feel at home. I WILL stay here again! It is centrally located and feels private and warm. I loved it.

One Name: Mandy! My recent visit came as a gift, and it was a most enjoyable 1st-time experience at Windsor Spa. They did not disappoint. I wish I could have taken Mandy with me! 😁 She was a great listener and had a thorough understanding of anatomy and massage techniques. She was mindful of body cues and used strength when/where appropriate. She was patient (I dislike a rushed massage) and overall very skillful. The spa facility itself was clean, elegant, and well-stocked. No need to bring toiletries- they had your most commonly used items. The front desk agent was super polite and hospitable- the brief tour was nice. After my massage, I enjoyed a mimosa and small delectables in the relaxation room. As a local, this is the best spa in the city. The amenities and surroundings are luxurious but the service is the real draw. Everyone is kind and professional and very accommodating. The ladies at the front desk set a very calming and welcoming tone. Kellie did my pedicure this visit and it was a wonderful experience and really fun conversation. I love how my toes look and my feet feel soooooo good. I will definitely be returning for another service with her. Thanks again for another great visit.

Just left Windsor Court Day Spa with my best friend for her birthday and I don’t know where to start. The spa and amenities are welcoming, 5 star. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were accomdated. Brennan, the Spa Director is the very best as well as her team. Lilly, the masseuse, and Kelly the nail technician. If you are in the area and you need a relaxing day, best place to spend your time. You will be well taken care of. Thank you so much.

Terrible spa customer service. Booked online, then told the time wasn’t actually available and they didn’t know why it appeared as an option. After 30+ minutes trying to resolve their error, I received another confirmation with the wrong time. Called back and was told that option didn’t work either. Ended up canceling. Not relaxing, not professional. Naima and Angelique only made an already bad situation worse with their complete lack of intelligence and lackluster apologies. Ritz-Carlton is a far better choice.
