The Willow Salon & Boutique

This salon is the BEST in Owasso. Such a cute environment and everyone is so friendly. I have had more appointments than i could count and never once had a bad experience. My original stylist (Jenny) has moved on but everyone is extremely welcoming and tons of them are still accepting new clients. I recommend all my friends and coworkers to come here and the website makes it so easy for them to pick out their stylist which is nice because it’s hard to find the right fit sometimes. They also have the comfiest shampoo chairs so that alone would persuade me to stay- it puts me right to sleep.

I had the worse experience I've ever had at a salon at this particular salon. Elizabeth was my stylist when I showed her what I was wanting she expressed how it couldn't be done yet when I told her that was fine I would go else where she proceeded to tell me that she didn't work there because she had to then proceed to start on my hair anyway. She gave me a semi permanent color that she said would wash out in 6 weeks yet still charged me $265 dollars for services I did not want. Not to mention for someone who doesn't have to work she grossly over charged me. My friend who got her hair dyed right next to me with permanent dye was only charged $165 . The very next day I went else where and got the exact color I wanted with no damage. He had to apply the blonde twice to get the platinum I

I’m not typically one to make comments on anything but this made me so upset. I booked with Elizabeth in which I spent 160$ for my hair to not at all be what I wanted. I understood from my stylist she told me from the beginning she didn’t think my hair would go as light as I wanted in one session and she didn’t want me to get my hopes up. I completely understood that so I showed her more options of how I would like to have my hair done but with more darker options. She wasn’t willing to listen to understand. Talking to other coworkers and I wouldn’t normally be bothered by this since I’m glad she feels comfortable in her work environment to be able to do this but I felt very unheard and felt like she was very unprofessional. Kaylee is the absolute best stylist. She is so welcoming and accommodating. I feel like she really takes her time to understand what you want to achieve and keeps your hair’s integrity while delivering the most personable service. The cutest salon! Highly recommend! ❤️

LOVE LOVE LOVE Kaylee. I always leave feeling beautiful. She’s done my hair for almost 2 years now and kills it every time! I’ve been to 2 hair stylist before her at other salons and they didn’t compare. Super thankful to have found her and I’ll always recommend Kaylee! As for the environment of the salon I really enjoy the boho feel. It is very welcoming. And the other stylists have always been nice to me while I’m there. They know how to make you feel comfortable! 10/10 recommend!!!!
