The Whitley Spa, Atlanta Buckhead

We do staycation twice a year for family relaxation day. We stay at 4* & 5* hotel in GA. Last hotel we stayed at was IHG Intercontinental hotel. We only had IHG credit card with low membership but they have us a room upgrade to suite from regular king. That 5* hotel was amazing and gave them 5* review. This hotel only 2* for this 5* hotel in buckhead not because they did not gave us a upgrade. Kind of sucks they did not have room upgrade option for two queen. I booked my room with my Amex FHR program and also I’am a gold status is Marriott. I got asian front desk lady and I asked nicely if you guys have any upgrade for me but she said oh only upgrade I can give you is king bed room and no suite. I didn't wanted to argue over room and my baby was crying so we just went to our room and reste

My spa experience was absolutely wonderful. I received my first hydrafacial ever and Tanya made me feel like royalty. She was so kind, informative, and gentle— not to mention hilarious. She provided me with amazing suggestions for maintenance in between facials. The massage she provided at the end of my facial was so relaxing. I will certainly be back for her amazing service again— I felt like a glowing Queen by the time I was finished with my session. Thank you again!

I have been meaning to leave a review for a while. I had booked the spa last month for my birthday. Well, my friend did for me the day to start the whole week before we went we both were calling about the reservation and they never answered the phone never called back so we never knew the time of to come to the spa because when you book it, it doesn’t give you a time. Then the day of the reservation they called us and said that they are completely booked and then they don’t have any spots so they try to offer us a day pass to go by the pool, but said they massages that we booked up. So then we go to the hotel to speak with the manager. They give us a free drink voucher($20) for the lobby bar, which is OK we sit in the lobby and wait for the manager for about 30 to 40 minutes initially they

I had an incredible experience with Antrane at the spa! She truly listened to me and focused exactly where I needed. Her pressure was absolutely perfect, and she made the whole session relaxing and therapeutic. You can tell she really cares about her clients and takes the time to understand their needs. Honestly, one of the best full body massages I’ve ever had. Highly recommend her!

My girlfriend enjoyed her massage with Joanne this past weekend, but she was extremely uncomfortable with being taken into the female locker room by a male employee. She said he was very polite and helpful but he should not be in a small locker and bathroom area where women take their clothes off. She was also underwhelmed by the sauna being on another level of the hotel and not in the spa. Not returning!
