I am writing this because my family, friends, and two different salons with multiple stylists were questioning the state of my hair after I left white cactus for a color correction. I used red box dye a few months ago so I figured I would need a highly rated professional to do my hair. I did go to someone else prior to Riley but was quoted for something out of my budget as my budget was around 600. After my first appointment with Riley- (only stylist at this salon and owns it ), I left the salon not happy with lots of banding and streaks left by Riley. I told her and was booked for a rushed toning session that she recommended to fix all the orange she left behind. Riley did an amazing job of listening and executing a beautiful highlight and haircut. She’s friendly, professional, and is quick with her hands. I’m thrilled with the outcome. I highly recommend Riley @ White Cactus. Update: I’ve gone back for both myself and I took my daughter. Riley’s professionalism, customer service skills, and her coloring abilities are on point! Daughter’s hair was all natural before the balayage. Daughter and I are super happy with the final product.

Highly recommend getting your hair done at White Cactus Salon in McKinney! Riley definitely knows what she is doing. Aside from the superb technical skills, she makes you feel welcomed and makes sure your needs are being met.
