The Westport Barber

I really wanted to like this place based on all the great reviews, but unfortunately my experience didn’t match the expectations. There were a few noticeable issues with the haircut and beard trim. The left temple area was left uneven compared to the right side, and one side of my mustache was trimmed more than the other — even had a visibly over-trimmed spot. The neckline was shaved down, but a few longer hairs were still left behind. Overall, there were quite a few things I had to fix myself afterward. The staff was nice, but I didn’t find the atmosphere quite as friendly or welcoming as some of the reviews suggested. I won’t be returning, but I hope others have a better experience than I did.

Kim is hands down the best! I have been going to her for years and the product and service are always first rate. She’ll cut your hair exactly how you want or she’ll customize one that looks best for you. Both Erica and Kim are super friendly and professional. Can’t imagine a better place to get a haircut.

What a great place to get your haircut! Erica (and Kim) do so a great job cutting for such a reasonable price. Its the little things like having your eyebrows trimmed and straight razor the back of your neck all standard with every cut that I so greatly appreciate! Add to it the on-line booking that allows me to schedule exactly when I can get a cut and the fact that they are both always on time and its almost too good to be true! You have to check this place out to believe it! I promise, you will leave with a great cut and money left in your wallet!

Great barbershop, very talented, kind, and great barber ladies. Erica is excellent on her profession. I highly recommended this place if you are looking for a nice haircut with wash, product, etc. in a friendly environment.

Both Erica and Kim are fantastic barbers. I've never had a bad haircut from them and their prices are terrific compared to other barber shops around St. Louis who offer similar services. This place is a gem!
