The Wellness Cottage and Spa

We tried the flotation, massage and facials. The facilities were beautifully appointed, the staff friendly and highly organized. I can only speak for the flotation and facial. The flotation was a novel experience I am glad I tried but ultimately I did not last long and had to get out early, not for me. The facial was extremely disappointing. I'm sorry I do not know the name of the girl but she was very young and seemed like she wanted to be somewhere else. There was no discussion about my skin issues or any knowledge conveyed to me when I did try to point out some. The facial seemed rushed and very surface level. I was hoping for a deep cleanse but I walked away feeling like "that's it?" Overall it was a nice day out, the surroundings were very pleasant and relaxing thanks to the staff.

Went in for a Tranquility combo and it was so so amazing! I had Mari for the body scrub and massage and she was phenomenal. She listened my needs and gave me a great massage! The steam bath for the body scrub is so pleasant, I would definitely come back again and spend more time in it. Hannah did my her techniques were gentle and soothing. Highly recommend this place!

My new favorite place. It's great having a spa nearby. The place is SO cute, very clean, and the staff is INCREDIBLE. Also, the products they use are amazing + all natural, which is a big plus in my book! I had a pedicure by Erica, and it was the best! She was so kind, and did an amazing job! And if you need a good facial, Haley is AWESOME. She gives the BEST facial massages, and my skin always glows after a treatment with her!

The Wellness Cottage and Spa has been such a blessing to Monticello. Clean and relaxing environment! The therapist are so sweet! Loree had AMAZING massages and facial treatments! I’ve never been to a nail salon as clean as it is here at the Wellness Cottage. (You’ll love Erica!) Skyler gives great facials! I’m sure I snored the entire time. So relaxing! They also host so many events which is so fun! I l love the Food catering by Farm Fresh Catered. It’s the perfect spa to go if you’ve got a group of friends and needing a spa day- lunch is just seconds away on the square in Monticello. I do spa treatments for a living so I’m pretty picky about where I go for treatments but this spa is definitely a 5 star spa! Highly recommend.

The atmosphere as soon as I walked in was so welcoming and relaxing. I had Mari as my massage therapist for a lymphatic drainage with massage and that girl needs a raise! For my first time massage experience I was nervous, but Mari made it very comfortable, felt like I was floating out the door. Would give 10 stars if I could! 🌟
