I had the best experience at The Waxed Petal! Marlene took her time making sure I was comfortable and she educated me through each step of the process as she performed it. The studio was very clean, the vibe was calm and warm and her customer service was 10 out of 10. I’ve been three times already and I can’t wait for my next appointment! I had such an amazing experience at my sister’s wax studio! She’s so gentle, professional, and incredibly understanding of my HS skin condition. She takes her time, works carefully around sensitive areas, and makes me feel completely comfortable every session. The studio is clean, cozy, and you can tell she truly cares.
