Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she has such a calming presence that instantly puts you at ease. I always leave feeling confident and so well taken care of. My waxing journey began at European Wax Center and crossed over to Nu Essence Spa, and never more than my legs. EWC was always a hit-or-miss experience for me but had more convenient booking options than the spa. It wasn't until I met Kate that I became more consistent and adventurous in my waxing trials.
