The Wax Pot Body Waxing

I really want to like this place. My first visit with Charlene was great and set a high bar for my experience. Unfortunately, Charlene is no longer with the company. My second visit was good overall, and Bobbi was very personable with a wonderful personality. She works quickly, which I appreciate, but the service may have been a bit rushed. For the service I went in for and the amount I paid, I expected all areas to be smoother and cleaner than it was. I’m a bit undecided about returning for a third visit and may consider trying another company. I do hope the consistency improves because the potential is definitely there.

I have been going to The Wax Pot for years and I always have great experiences. I recently had an appointment with Carressa and she was wonderful! She is very thorough and professional. What I really appreciated was she took time to address my specific needs for aftercare in between appointments. She also played spa music in her room which was quite relaxing. I look forward to scheduling my next appointment with her in the near future!

The wax pot St. Pete is great. I have been a customer for years and have never been disappointed with the service. Today was my first service with Carissa. I had an amazing experience with this wax specialist! From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. She is incredibly professional, gentle, and clearly knows her job. The process was quick, clean, and much less painful than I expected, which says a lot! What really stood out was her attention to detail and how she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The results were flawless, and my skin felt smooth with no irritation. If you’re looking for someone skilled, hygienic, and genuinely caring, I highly recommend booking with her. I won’t go anywhere else!

Great job and awesome personalized service. Shay did an amazing job. She is patient, gentle, and very considerate. She matched my brows perfectly and waxed them and also my legs. I felt extremely comfortable with her as my wax specialist! 5 stars Shay!
