The Waterside Spa at Diamond Mills

Had a great time exercising in the fitness center then relaxed in the sauna and hot tub. Me and my husband purchased day passes. The fitness center is pretty small but we were the only ones there so it was nice I can see it being more crowded on weekends. They had a lot of super cool upgraded machines that I want to check out next time we go. The girl at check in was super helpful and sweet. Overall we had a great day for the money. I looking forward to the summer and hoping they open the pool and yard up.

I can’t even begin to say how incredible this spa is! After suffering two bad falls while skiing, I desperately needed a massage. Waterside had an opening at the perfect time and from the moment I walked in, the whole staff couldn’t have been more helpful and sweet! The massage itself was INCREDIBLE and I can’t wait to come back with my husband.

Horrendous. I visited Waterside Spa with a group of girls for my bachelorette spa day. While the front desk gentleman was absolutely lovely, welcoming, and pleasant, my Swedish massage experience with Brianna H. was unfortunately extremely disappointing. On the intake form, there was a question about the desired pressure level... In response, I clearly indicated 'medium to firm' pressure. Once Brianna brought me into the room, she immediately started trying to upcharge me and telling me that in order to receive the level of pressure I indicated, I would actually need to upgrade to a deep tissue massage. This was confusing and frustrating—it’s unclear why guests are asked to specify massage pressure preferences on the intake form if the only way to receive that level of pressure is to pay

Wow. Our masseuse Talas (apologies if spelling incorrectly) is beyond talented! This was a truly healing massage experience for me, it felt like real “body work” while also being deeply relaxing. Cannot say enough good things, much appreciation to her! The only downside of our visit was that we selected this spa in part for access to amenities including the hot tub as we planned to stay and hang out after treatments. However the hot tub was not in service as expected and they were unable to get someone out to fix it so we just didn’t get all amenities as advertised/promised.

Had Nicole for a massage this past weekend and it was wonderful! The amenities are beautiful, overlooking the esopus creek. My sister had a service with Selena and had nothing but great things to say. Will definitely be back
