I invested a significant amount of money in extensions and installation after clearly expressing that I prefer highlighted hair. I relied on the professional guidance provided and was not informed that the extensions selected could not be highlighted later. After the install, the overall look felt uneven. I later consulted another licensed stylist, who explained that the extensions had not been brought far enough around the sides of my head, leaving noticeable gaps and missing hair on both sides.
