Customer Reviews
Visiting The Vintage Barberman was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The decor exuded style and sophistication, setting the tone for an exceptional grooming experience. My barber, Neil, was not only highly skilled but also incredibly attentive to my preferences. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered insightful suggestions to enhance my haircut. The attention to detail was impeccable, leaving me with a perfectly tailored look that exceeded my expectations. Throughout the appointment, the conversation flowed effortlessly, creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment. It was evident that Neil is not just a master of his craft but also a true professional who genuinely cares about his clients' sa
I am not typically comfortable with getting a haircut, I'm very self-conscious about how I look, the way my hair grows can be difficult for a barber to deal with, and by the time I come in my hair is overgrown and need a lot of work to look presentable. That being said, the way I was greeted by Neil did a lot to put me at ease, it was like meeting an old friend where I could relax and comfortably talk about what kind of haircut I was looking for. He was very professional, his work area is clean and has a lot of cool vintage hair tonics on display, and he offered suggestions on what kind of a haircut suited my hair type and face shape. Most importantly, my hair and beard looked great afterward. Would definitely recommend!
Not a review of quality but I am hoping so much to come get a haircut from this shop. My Great Grandfather George McCormack bought this house at 2200 L St in 1916 and my Grandfather Edmund was born and raised in this home. The family occupied the home throughout WWI, the Great Depression, and WWII.
Already received compliments about my haircut. Detail oriented and asked a lot of questions about how I like my hair. Wonderful conversation and beautiful space. Highly recommend!
Great talent, I love my new style. Friendly conversation and clean shop. I found my new barber!
