Amazing staff, super helpful and greatly talented. Really impressive set up with latest tools. They have really good pricing options for the different types of hairdos. Highly recommend this place, and would also recommend getting an appointment beforehand.
I can’t recommend Veronica more she is incredible. She always does the best job with my color, cut and blow drys. I have thick curly hair and she just knows how to do it so perfectly. I have been coming to Vince Smith Experience for 5 years and love it- thank you for being a staple in the neighborhood!
Just returned to this salon, since leaving NYC for Florida and I am so happy to be back! Veronica met me at the door with an amazing smile and grace! I felt like I knew her a thousand years! She listened to me and examined my hair and I felt like she understood immediately, what color I needed and what kind of cut for curly hair! I wish I took before and after photos. When I entered ** I was Cruella Deville, and when I left, I was Carrie Bradshaw in her GLORIOUS Curly shorter hair period!!!!!!!!! Everyone was so nice, especially the receptionist/ hair washer great massage and great conversation!! There are so many great salons in NYC and this is ONE Of Them!!
Veronica is amazing!! Not only is she so sweet and personable, she gave me one of the best hair cuts/ blow out of my life. I’m so happy I found her I will be back very soon! Highly recommend!
