I’m really disappointed with my experience. I had an appointment scheduled later in the day on a Friday, but when I arrived, no one was there. The salon was completely closed, and no one answered the phone when I tried calling multiple times. What made it even more frustrating was receiving an automated email afterward saying, “It was nice seeing you today,” and asking me to leave a review — despite the fact that my appointment was never honored. I understand that emergencies and scheduling issues happen, but communication matters. A simple call, text, or even a cancellation notice would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience felt unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time. I hope they improve their communication and appointment management in the future so this does
