This salons vibes are so adorable! I immediately loved the plants and the color scheme and how everything flows so easily! Everyone was so nice and inviting and the atmosphere is so welcoming and educational as they will answer all the questions you ask. Chase did an amazing job with my drastic cut from LONG hair to a shorter bob. She also did a great job taking my hair into account and deciding between cool and warm for my partial highlights! Will definitely recommend to everyone! Also, they include an amazing scalp massage into their services and that was a great surprise!

Donna was amazing. I went in for a gray blending and hair cut. Donna listened to what I wanted and knew exactly how to make it happen. Throughout the process, she told me exactly what she was doing. The end result was more than fabulous and I am pleased with the results. She told me what products to use and how often to use them. What a fantastic experience and I highly recommend Donna and Velvet Edge Salon!

Brianna did an excellent job replicating my exact vision for my hair. I was long overdue for a service and she did amazing. Everyone at the salon was welcoming and made the experience relaxing and enjoyable! Trying a new salon can be scary, but I will definitely be coming back☺️

Since moving to SC 4 years ago, I hesitated finding someone I trusted with my blonde hair. I’ve had the same hairdresser in South Florida since I was little and she just always “ knew “ what to do. I took a leap and after much research and word of mouth I decided to try The Velvet Edge salon. I described what I wanted and they set me up with Brianna and let me tell you…. From the moment I walked in I felt so welcomed and comfortable. I have never been happier with how my hair turned out! So glad I decided to trust my hair with someone here and Brianna Cavanaugh is your girl! Hands down I recommend her to all my friends looking for someone in the area. Her work is amazing not to mention the fact that she’s probably one of the sweetest humans on the planet! Highly recommend

Chase is an absolutely amazing person and stylist. She’s not only incredibly sweet, but also extremely detailed and intentional when it comes to hair. She really takes her time, listens to what you want, and makes sure everything is perfect. I felt so comfortable in her chair and couldn’t be happier with my results. Highly recommend!
