The Vault Retreat

We had such an amazing experience at the Vault! We did the cold plunge, infrared sauna and massage chairs. Sabrina was kind, friendly and extremely thorough, and I appreciated that she walked us through each activity. I am a cold plunge novice and was able to make it the full two minutes thanks to her coaching. The facility itself is very clean with a warm ambiance. Highly recommend!

Beautiful space with everything you’d want in a retreat/spa! Sabrina & Matt were welcoming from the moment we arrived, and made sure we felt comfortable the entire time. Sabrina walked us through each step and was so easy to talk to. She was sweet and friendly and knows what she’s talking about! I highly recommend The Vault, you won’t be disappointed!

The Vault retreat has top notch equipment and is extremely clean! Matt and Sabrina are wonderful people, Sabrina is knowledgeable about the benefits of each piece of equipment this facility has to offer. The plunge pool is next level. The dry sauna with red light is perfect afterwords and the cherry on top, I finished the experience off with the best massage chairs I have ever used! 10/10 experience!

The Vault Retreat is a beautiful facility that has so much to offer! Between the red light therapy room, incredible massage chairs that adapt to your body, multiple saunas and state of the art cold plunges; your recovery is set! No matter your sport this is the place to unwind and heal your body!!

Absolutely incredible experience! The cold plunge was perfectly chilled and invigorating, and the sauna was clean, spacious, and heated just right. The whole place had a calming, upscale vibe that made it easy to relax and reset. The staff was super friendly and clearly passionate about what they do—they explained everything and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I left feeling refreshed, energized, and ready to take on the day. This is hands-down the best recovery spot I’ve been to, and I’ll definitely be coming back regularly!
