I’m sorry but I don’t know if I said something or did something to offend Noelle but I saw her in December and the color and cut and style was horrible that day I paid $120 and I was very sad that when I texted her photos she never responded it’s now almost March and I keep texting but still NO response. I’m very ad I thought we had a good relationship as hair dresser and client. I as a business owner would never avoid I would make things right just sad I’m forced to go elsewhere I really hope she is OK but no excuse for absolutely no return call or concern The problem was she double booked and did my hair too fast
