The Valley Barber Shop

Very unprofessional experience. I called to schedule an appointment at this barbershop. After only a few seconds of a normal phone conversation, the salon manager hung up on me without any explanation. I tried calling back several times, but my calls were repeatedly declined. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for a business that claims to provide customer service. I expected basic courtesy and professionalism, but unfortunately did not receive either. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place.

Total gem! Bill did an awesome job on my husband's hair. Was our first time in and Bill was super nice and did such a thorough cut. Don't find many bartenders like Bill anymore. Thanks so much! Will definitely be back.

So glad he takes walk in! My son was in serious need of a haircut, and Bill did an amazing job! I think we found our new go to man, and will be back for future haircuts.

I went in to get a men's cut. He does walkins, which was awesome because I couldn't find another barber in the East Mountains that had the availability to cut my hair after I got off of work. The shop was clean, and both the conversation and atmosphere were very positive. My haircut turned out exactly how I wanted it as well. The prices for a men's cut were half of what I've been charged at other barber shops. Only cash is accepted, so plan accordingly. All in all, a 10/10 would recommend

Although he was super nice and great with my kids. I do not recommend him, my son's haircut is horrible 😫. I'm going to have to shave his head something I didn't want to do.
