The Upper Hand Day Spa

My husband and I attended today on Valentine’s for a couples massage and I must say we were very impressed. The establishment was very clean, very organized, beautiful from the outside walking in and wonderful customer service. Very helpful when I called, setting the appointment up, arriving and leaving, the customer service was awesome. Will be back and will be tipping!

I had a spa day with my two daughters and we all got massages at upper hand day spa. We are all pleased with our massages and we left there feeling so good. I cannot wait for my facial next week. They have gained a loyal customer. The atmosphere, and everyone that works there is amazing. My masseuse Rebecca-Love was great I will be back for my Thai stretch session.

My fiance and I had the best experience ever. From the time we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome by the staff. We enjoyed a couples massage and our services were provided by Kila and Rebekah. When I tell you that these two ladies are amazing, it's probably an understatement. I can't wait for us to go back and do a 90 minute massage and try some of the other services provided. Thank you ladies so much for making my fiance's birthday great. 💕

I got a pedi and mani. They were great. I was done by 11am. There was someone in the room I was suppose to go in until after 1120am. My appt was at 1115am. They had another appt in that room at 1145am. I was having a new person doing my waxing. So bc she was new and they had to have someone in that room at 1145am my appt was canceled. Not happy that the person took extra long in that room for me to have to cancel my appt. I have been there for years and this has not happened to me before. Not Happy that I have to come back and having my waxing done at a separate time. This cost me an hours worth of gas and time to have it done. Please talk to her and tell her to make sure she is out of the room when she is suppose to be bc there are other people that need in the room. The room had to be cl

I had the charka therapy and when I say the best. The feeling was unexplainable and she was able to balance and restart all my chakra. Its a must have if you understand who you all. Relaxing feel like you had a massage. Thank you so much.
