The overall experience was fine and Tori is such a sweet girl but the appointment felt a little rushed. another client of hers showed up 30ish minutes into my appointment and it was almost like she was rushing to get me out. i will admit i wasn’t clear about how short i wanted my hair so she did end up trimming it twice. Im so disappointed that my hair is so uneven. It looks like it wasn’t properly checked before finishing. my hair wasn’t fully dry when leaving the salon and she didn’t use a round brush or anything to try to “style” it (my hair is wavy so it flips out on one side). i selected the level 1 haircut which includes a “blow dry style” and i feel like that part of my service was cut short. i don’t blame her if she doesn’t have much experience with cutting bobs but she should’ve a
