I'm not a person that typically leaves reviews, but Destinee at The Universpa definitely deserves a good review after my first massage there! I've had many massages over the years and this was hands-down one of the best I have ever had. I did the Restoration and it was exactly what I needed for my tense shoulders and neck and wonky hips. I felt so much better afterward. Destinee has a calming, soothing presence and makes you feel very comfortable in her relaxing space. She applied great pressure throughout the whole massage, and it felt like she was not just easing the symptoms but was actually getting to the root of my problems. I'm already looking forward to my next massage, which I will be booking soon. I highly recommend Destinee and The Universpa!

The Universpa is the truth! Very professional, pleasant atmosphere, and great customer service. I had the Restoration treatment with the hot rocks, truly magical! Destinee is a master technician, I left feeling refreshed and more mobile, my exercise workout the next day was enhanced. Oh I don't want to forget the educational piece, I was given some good advice and even showed me a stretch exercise I can do while working in the office. I look forward to coming back one day soon!

Destinee’s massages are so relaxing that I usually go home and sleep right after. She knows how to make you feel relaxed and rejuvenated especially after a stressful week. Both my husband and I have been getting masages regularly because she is AMAZING!
